Listing suppression, product eligibility, and poor campaign infrastructure have limited this account's ability to perform.

The Solution

Product-focused content

Our first order of business was to resolve the listing suppression issues affecting the account as a whole. We were proactive when problems arose and filed POAs with Amazon to fix the problems in the shortest possible time.

Keeping the products eligible allowed us to capitalize on organic and paid marketing efforts.

We focused on reorganizing the advertising campaigns to focus on keyword themes and product categories. The reorganization allowed us to identify what works and what does not.

Leveraging different ad types, running promotions, and updating Titles, Bullets, and EBC content helped improve conversion rates and lower Advertising Cost of Sale (ACoS).

The Results

Massive Improvement in Advertising Cost of Sale (ACoS)

This was our first 60 Days into our initial strategy. As you can see, we improved our initial ACoS by improving product eligibility and refocusing our ad campaigns.

This is now 180 Days into our initial strategy. As you can see, we increased overall sales velocity by improving the relevancy of our ad campaigns resulting in more orders and a reduced ACoS.
