The Solution

Product-focused content

Our first order of business was to restructure all of the campaigns to align with the user intent funnel.

The restructuring makes it easy for optimization. Knowing where keywords fall on the funnel helps us manage bids and budgets.

We paused all of the old auto campaigns and relaunched the new versions with match-type bid adjustment features.

We started doing consistent and routine maintenance on the account.

We then began Leveraging all the different ad types available from the basic Auto and Manual ad types.

Our goal was to run a small test that would increase spending while going aggressive on optimization to stay within our ACoS target.

The Results

You can see we started with a heavy optimization cycle during the first month to remove any inefficiencies. The following period involved incremental spend increases early in the month with focused back-end optimization.

We worked our ad spend up from $500/mon to $2K/mon, generating over $8k in revenue/mon. Advertising has subsequently improved SEO product ranking resulting in a 30-50% YoY increase in sales.
